The manual for making eBooks to read on PDAs is coming along. You can download and read the first five chapters.

These are draft chapters. Expect changes, alterations, deletions, additions. They are also large PDF fles. Please RIGHT CLICK AND SAVE AS. Do not open in your browser.

MobiPocket Reader Pro - Now Free

According to this post on the Mobi Support Forum, the Prop version of the mobi reader (formerly $20) is now free.

Toshiba Tablet PC for $850

Holy smoke! The Toshiba Satelitte R10 is on sale for just $850.oo

Toshiba is now shipping (or at least advertising) the new, dual core M400 - so perhaps they are just clearing the shelves. But it is nice to see a Tablet PC at a reasonable price.

This Brokeback Mountain Lion is the new mascot of the Department of Homeland Security. Honest (and it cost over $9 million)

I feel oddly vindicated.
